Hello Mt. Horeb Church Special Needs Basketball Families and Friends!

We are all so excited to be celebrating our 28th year of Special Needs Basketball at Mt. Horeb! Our 1st game will be played on Saturday, October 24, 2026. Our games will be played at 12 PM and 1 PM. Our league is designed for players age 7 (second grade) through adults. If your player attends school (elementary, middle, high), he/she will play at 12 PM. If your player is out of school (21+), he/she will play at 1 PM. Please contact michelle.hunt@mthorebchurch.org with any questions.

Game 1 - 10/24/26
Game 2 - 11/07/26
Game 3 - 11/14/26
Game 4 - 11/21/26
Game 5 - 12/12/26
Game 6 - 12/19/26 & Awards Day

Participation Waiver

This is to certify that my child/adult dependent, ____________________________, is physically fit to participate in the activities of the Mt. Horeb Church Special Needs Basketball League. I agree that Mt. Horeb Church, its Staff, Volunteer Coaches and other Volunteers will not be held liable for any injury sustained by my child/adult dependent while participating in this league.
